About The Role

Not every marketing role gives you the opportunity to build a specialist skillset while working for a major consumer brand.

This one does.

We’re looking for a digitally-minded marketer who enjoys using data, customer insights and technology to improve marketing performance. While experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or email marketing is beneficial, it isn’t essential. What matters most is your curiosity, commercial mindset and desire to learn.

Working within a dedicated customer communications team, you’ll help deliver campaigns across email, SMS and push notifications that engage millions of customers across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work closely with digital, brand, analytics and technology teams to understand customer behaviour, optimise performance and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone coming from a broader digital marketing background who wants to deepen their expertise in CRM, personalisation and customer lifecycle marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing customer communication campaigns across email, SMS and push notifications

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of the customer communications calendar

  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities

  • Assisting with audience segmentation, testing and personalisation initiatives

  • Working closely with creative, analytics and digital teams to improve customer engagement

  • Supporting continuous improvement through testing, reporting and performance analysis

Experience Required

We’re open to marketers from a range of digital marketing backgrounds.

You might currently be working in digital marketing, performance marketing, campaign management, ecommerce, loyalty, customer marketing or a similar discipline and be looking to further develop your skills within CRM and lifecycle marketing.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a digital marketing, campaign, ecommerce or customer marketing role

  • Experience working within a fast-paced B2C environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • An interest in customer behaviour, personalisation and marketing technology

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn

Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools or CRM programs will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
