Referral Reward – Terms & Conditions

Who Can Refer

This program is open to members of the public who are not currently employed by Gybe Consulting.

You do not need to be a client or candidate to participate.

Eligible Referrals

To qualify for a referral reward:

• The referred individual must not already be known to or actively represented by Gybe Consulting.
• You must be the first person to refer the candidate.
• Referrals must be submitted via our website and include the candidate’s full name, contact details, and a short description of their background or specialisation.
• The referred candidate must confirm they were referred by you.

Reward Structure

• You’ll receive a $1,000 gift card once your referred candidate commences a new role through Gybe Consulting.
• Gift cards will be delivered digitally or physically (as agreed) within 14 days of their start date.

Important Conditions

• One reward per successful referral.
• If multiple people refer the same candidate, only the first valid referral will be eligible.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
• It is your responsibility to declare any referral rewards to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) if required. Gybe Consulting accepts no liability for your personal tax obligations.
• Rewards may be withheld if referrals contain false or misleading information or breach these terms.
• Gybe Consulting reserves the right to modify or withdraw this program at any time.

To qualify for a referral reward:

• The referred vacancy must be a new opportunity not already known to or actively being recruited for by Gybe Consulting.
• The referring person must be the first to introduce the vacancy to Gybe Consulting.
• Referrals must be submitted in writing via our website or directly to a Gybe Consulting team member, and include:
  
  • The company name
  • Key contact name and contact details
  • A brief description of the role
• The referred contact must acknowledge the introduction and agree to engage Gybe Consulting to recruit the vacancy.

Reward Structure

• You will receive a $1,500 gift card once a candidate referred and placed by Gybe Consulting commences employment in the referred role.
• Gift cards will be delivered digitally or physically (as agreed) within 14 days of the candidate’s start date.
