Annual salary growth is currently sitting at 3.7%, with overall job ad volumes in Queensland dropping 6.9% m/m, the sharpest monthly decline in the state since 2020. In Marketing and Digital - Mar vs Feb saw an increase in marketing roles advertised by only 0.5%. It will be interesting to see the April results in our next mailer.
