The Opportunity
This is not a traditional brand-led marketing role.
As Marketing Manager, you will own the commercial performance of the marketing function across the group, driving lead generation, campaign execution, sales alignment and measurable growth outcomes. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and delivery, working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape how East West Insurance Group grows its brands and its business.

What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the marketing and growth function across three insurance brands, with full ownership of strategy, execution and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing marketing and growth strategies across East West Insurance Brokers, Ryno Insurance and ShieldCover
Driving lead generation, campaign performance and measurable commercial outcomes across all brands
Managing multi-channel campaigns, continuously optimising based on performance data and market feedback
Owning marketing budgets and reporting, with clear accountability for ROI across all activity
Working closely with sales leadership to sharpen lead flow, conversion performance and marketing-to-sales alignment
Utilising CRM systems, dashboards and reporting tools to maintain full visibility across campaign and growth metrics
Leading, mentoring and building the marketing team, creating structure and accountability
Managing agency and external marketing partnerships as required
Collaborating with the CEO and executive leadership to refine positioning, messaging and strategic direction across the group
Supporting the development of scalable systems, automation and operational processes
About You
You are a commercially sharp marketing leader who knows how to connect campaigns to outcomes.
You will bring:
Proven experience leading marketing teams in fast-paced, growth-focused businesses
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to tie marketing activity directly to business results
A track record driving measurable lead generation, campaign performance and conversion outcomes
Solid command of CRM systems, reporting dashboards and marketing analytics
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational leadership
Outstanding stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
A decisive, accountable and execution-driven approach
Experience in insurance, financial services, professional services or multi-brand/ agency environments (highly regarded
